Getting there…
Our whale watching trips depart from the Brunswick Heads Boat Harbour (Old Pacific Highway, Brunswick Heads). If you don’t have a car, we might be able to arrange transport for you from Byron Bay to the Brunswick Heads Marina*. Please let us know when you make the booking, if you need to be picked up.
Getting to the Brunswick Heads Marina:
From the North (Gold Coast and Brisbane):
- From the Pacific Highway take the Brunswick Heads (Gulgan Road) exit
- Turn left at the roundabout
- Follow the road for approx. 4 minutes through Brunswick Heads until you see the Brunswick Boat Harbour on your right hand side
- Turn right into Brunswick Boat Harbour
From the South (Byron Bay):
- From the Pacific Highway take the first Brunswick Heads exit
- Turn right at the first roundabout
- Go straight through the second roundabout
- Follow the road for approx. 4 minutes through Brunswick Heads until you see the Brunswick Boat Harbour on your right hand side
- Turn right into Brunswick Boat Harbour
*Please note that the shuttle service does not operate on weekends and during NSW and QLD school holidays. Minimum two persons per pick up.
